Job Summary

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
  • Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols.
  • Monitor patients' conditions closely, ventilator support, and responding promptly to emergencies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, case management, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
Skills

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices across multiple specialties including critical care, emergency medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, internal medicine, and long-term care environments.
  • Familiarity with advanced clinical procedures such as tube feeding management,
  • Excellent caregiver communication skills to educate patients and families about treatment plans while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
